Proper stacking of MS pipes in the playground. The job will be carried out by changing the orientation of the pipes and stacking then over one another after prober belting. the job will be carried out by using hydra crane to lift the pipes to other location in the playing ground and then bringing them back to the original position with the changed orientation and stacking them over one another after proper belting as mentioned in item no 4. total no of pipes = 279 No each of 6 meter long. (qty is 279X2= 558 pipes as we have to stack them and then bring them back and stack again)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and fitting of 01 inch MS strip of 3mm thickness for stacking of MS pipes with each stack consisting of eight pipes in the bottom row, seven pipes in the middle row and six pipes in the top row. Total length of MS strip for one stack of 21 pipes = 50 rft Total length of MS strip for stacking all the pipes in stackes of 21 pipes each = 50*14 = 700rft contengency @10%=70 rft. Total weight of MS strip used for stacking of pipes =770rft. The Job includes all consumbales and tools, tackles to perform the Job including welding machine, grinder, DG set etc.
