Demolition of brick work/stone masenary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm stone graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, hollow or round steel tubes, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Each line of wire to be measured separately.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, fillings and Mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 6 to 8mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required including cracking bending spirally for hoping for coloumns etc & binding with MS wire of dia not less than 0.9mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
