Supply and delivery of Field Testing Kit-FTK, Arsenic Kit & H2S Vials with the conducting of Training of Water Testing to all Grama Panchayaths at the level of Raichur District

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have supplied similar to the type specified similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the value required in any one of the last 3 years. the kits offered for supply shall be of latest manufacturing, should not be morte than 2 months old.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 3 % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx

The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XII. refer bid document

GST Registration Certificate

Turnover certificate for the past 3 years 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) of the firm should be submitted. Turnover should be equivalent to amount put to tender in any 2 years. (CA certified copy with UDIN NUMBER)

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

NSIC Certificate has to be produced if applicable
