Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sies (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make , in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 course sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete size of tile 605 mm x605mm

Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm(Twenty milimetre) (average) thick laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement 1:4 (1cemnt :4 sand) 19mm thick (Ninteen Milimetre)

Distempering with dry distemper of approval brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of reqired shad on old work to give an even shade.

Whte washing with lime with two or more coats to give an even shade as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approval brand and manufacture. Including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi suface paint system for exteriors walls using primer with two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10sqm

Providing and fixing stainless steel ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40mm including carriage of material : 610x460 mm bowl depth 200mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I ) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of Ist class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and faces veneers on both faces of shutters complete including carriage of materials -35 mm thick including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved primer all complete.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks ,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, or required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by tablevibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Providing and laying polished granite slab stone in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm thick stone slab over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (i cement : 4 sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder , railings, breackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approval size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, inclunding applying priming coat of approved steel primer complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lift as per directions of Engineer-incharge .
