Providing and laying Pathri stone tiles of approved quality, 40 mm thick, on prepared pathway surface. Tiles to be set in existing natural surface over a compacted base, finished smooth, and cured properly. The item includes surface preparation, leveling, laying, curing, and all necessary labor and materials.incl. carriage up to the site

Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.) In rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty)by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

P/L of stone soling incl. ramming,hand packing and all carriages, complete job in geocell,trenches,foundation etc.

Providing and fixing of A class imported wooden flooring (3d type) laminated of standard make tongued and grooves fixing on foam with proper resign materials as per sample MF-84 including all fitting,fixtures,cornices and carriages complete job

"TRUSS Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12MM CEMENT PLASTER 12 mm cement plaster to wall of mix 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: 13.57.1 Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 liter/10sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75liter /10sqm

Providing and preparing flower beds with approved good earth, including excavation, filling with 300 mm thick fertile soil mixed with well-decomposed farmyard manure (FYM), dressing, levelling, watering, and all labour, materials, transportation, and incidental charges, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
