Item No. 1 : Cutting and Demolition of RCC structure (Columns, Beams, Slabs, Drops) of any dimension at Fourth floor level by Diamond bit cutter saw without any vibration with necessary steel scafolding support system , tools and plants . The Rate includes 50 MT Hydraulic Crane attached with 10 MT capacity Wire Rope with hiring and transportation at site charges to lift cut sections from Fourth floor level to Ground floor level without any hazards , Removal of debries, seperate reinforcement from cut RCC piece at ground level , Disposal of cut sections, Disposing at approved location, Loading and Unloading and making the surface good. The rates also includes breaking of cut sections and disposing at approved location, Uninterupted Electricity, Fuel and water supply, Labour and Staff accomodation and Mess facility. The entire cutting / breaking/dismantling operation shall be carried out by technical skill personal. Contractor shall arrange all safety precautions and safety measures strictly in accordance with the safety manual and method statement, Including all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete. (Excluding GST)

Item No.2 : Making Full height storage unit such that 18 MM THK MARINE PLYWOOD with laminate sheet ( Formica/ sunmica) Providing and fixing in position 18 mm thk Approved Marine Grade Plywood with required laminate of approved quality & make for Full height storage for all kinds official record keeping such as file/ folder/ folio, which give pleasant beautiful look facias as directed by architect/ engineer in charge as per required width and depth ( size ) or as per drawing at factory . Including cost of making openings for Hinges , sliding channels and door handles switches, adhesives like fevicol etc, nails / screws etc. and providing openings for wiring and necessary screws etc. and loading unloading conveyance and transportation at site and fixing at required location at site. All complete as per detail drawing,The size of Full height storage unit will be as per actual site condition and depth 0.6 m fix and Storage compartment will be made with laminated plywood at height of 0.75 m and One locked drawer for high security documents. Same way Horizantal length will be partitioned vertically by the length of 1.0m to 1.5m sliding door length. as specified and as directed by Architect / Consultant / Project - In - Charge. Item No.3 : Plywood door with frame 35 mm Thick. Providing and fixing marine waterproof ,termite proof plywood door frame for 35mm thickness and also 25mm thick marine water proof termite proof plywood door.And laminate of specified colour and fixing. Cost includes use of nails screws and adhesives like fevicol. All hardware fittings including handles, locks and hydraulic damper door closer for Door of specified brands. All complete as per drawing as specified and directed by architect, consultant ,project incharge. rate excluding GST lavied by central and state (actual area of execute will be measured.
