M&L for rendering 15mm thick, in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete/brick work of sunken portion, mixed with water proofing compound @ 200ml/50Kg of cement and fixed 40mm PVC pipe spout complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:5:10), type E2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sunken floor surface finished fair and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of flexible polymer acrylic water proofing coating, 1mm thick (Dry film in two coats) using water proofing compound including necessary pond testing for 48 hrs in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless including taking old one steel staples all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured joint free non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tile including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L for water proofing coating with polyurethane based water proofing liquid membrane to be applied by brush with multi coats with minimum dry film thickness of 1mm and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane complete all as specified and as directed.
