REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHT FITTING HIGH MAST AND FLOOD LIGHTS AT KAYLANA AND DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN JODHPUR

Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for laying cables and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed.

Taking down/out old unserviceable LT cable of the sizes 2 Core x 10 Sqmm from trenches/ wall/ pole and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out old unserviceable LT cable of the sizes 3.5/4 Core x 16 to 35 Sqmm from trenches/ wall/ pole and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of XLPE armd LT UG cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty aluminium standard conductor 2 Core x 10 Sqmm with PVC insulated, including suitable sizes of aluminium lugs and gland packing complete complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, HDPE pipe, GI pipe will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of XLPE armd LT UG cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty aluminium standard conductor 4 Core x 16 Sqmm with PVC insulated, including suitable sizes of aluminium lugs and gland packing complete complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, HDPE pipe, GI pipe will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down/out LT UG cable of size upto 25 sqmm (any no of cores) from trenches/ ducts/ wall for repair of cables and re-laying/ re-fixing in the same location including re-connecting and testing on load complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, HDPE pipe, protection pipe, joint kit, cable cover shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking down/out LT UG cable of size from 35 to 95 sqmm (any no of cores) from trenches/ ducts/ wall for repair of cables and re-laying/ re-fixing in the same location including re-connecting and testing on load complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, HDPE pipe, protection pipe, joint kit, cable cover shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fixing in repairs (HDPE) DWC pipe size 50 mm dia for LT cable protection including sockets, bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs (HDPE) DWC pipe size 90 mm dia for LT cable protection including sockets, bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick and buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI earth plate with GI wire of size 04 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 including PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 in cement concrete 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 01 No lifting handle of 12 mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for GI wire protection and GI tubing 20 mm for watering including GI funnel with wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing & connecting in repair of FRLS PVC insulated twin core 2.5 Sqmm unsheathed multistranded copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs on pole/wall PVC conduit super quality size 20 mm dia includings fittings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs of 6 sqmm 2 core, LT 1100 volts grade , PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, solid aluminium conductor cable, flat type in service connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs for GI tubing 40mm dia light grade laid in trenches/fixed to poles, walls etc as protection of service cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs for GI tubing 50mm dia light grade laid in trenches/fixed to poles, walls etc as protection of service cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of LED street light 70W made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source with toughened glass having IP66 protection 230 Volt with all connected acessories required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light 90W made up of pressure die-cast housing with epoxy powder coated dark graphite grey colour finish with IP 66 protection 230 Volt with all connected acessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light 120W made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source with toughened glass having IP66 protection 230 Volt with all connected acessories required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED flood light 150W made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source with toughened glass having IP66 protection 230 Volt with all connected acessories required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED flood light 200W made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source with toughened glass having IP66 protection 230 Volt with all connected acessories required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of energy efficiant integrated LED Solar street light fittings 40 Watts with inbuilt Lithium battery of capacity 36 AH, toughned glass having IP 66 protection, 230 volts lighting source with all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix in repair GI pipe bracket of 40 mm dia bore, bent to shape drilled welded made out of light grade GI pipe 0.9 mtr long for fixing of street light fitting of any type and description including suitable size of MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including applying two coat of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair GI pipe bracket of 32 mm dia bore, bent to shape drilled welded made out of light grade GI pipe 0.9 mtr long for fixing of street light fitting of any type and description including suitable size of MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including applying two coat of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC cable Junction box for street light including 6 Amp MCB SP with aluminium bus bar TPN for controlling the Street Lights complete with pole mounting type size 300x200x105mm with 02 Nos. MS clamp of MS flat iron with bolts, nuts and washer complete all fixed on poles/walls as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB DP 06 to 32 Amp compete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCB 04 pole 40 Amp, 415 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular LT poles of 9.0/11 meters with two coats of aluminium paint including painting to cross arms and clamps etc including preparation of surfaces by scrubing and cleaning with wire brush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking of pole serial number with black luminous words on luminous yellow round sticker as per sample complete as per directed & specified.

Supply, fixing and testing in repairs of decorative LED Post Top lantern 40 watt with IP 65 protection complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Crompton/Phillips/C&S.

Attending and fault detection of day to day street / security light (LED, MH/SODIAM Flood light fittings etc. of any make) complaints received through telephone or in person and Rectification of defects installed on Dispersal & High Mast light poles, Sun Shelter lights, Hanger light, perimeter light, watch tower light bringing down the fittings on grond or in position including cleaning of glass/ acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, jumper fixing, loose connection, GI bracket tightening, Checking the connection of Street light FRP junction Box, light allignment, replacement of flexible wire, tightening of flood light safety chain in Hangers, Proper insulation of connection (VMTL Vehicle, ladder, tools, LT tape etc as required at site for repair/ for making light fittings functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement. Note : (i) Light fitting, MH CHOKE, MH bulb, ignitor, driver, SPD if required to be replaced in repair shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) Contractor shall be provide / deputed sufficient number of electricians and helpers (as directed by Engineer-in-charge) to attend the complaints and reactified the same within 24 hours of receipt of complaints. (iii) Contractor manpower should attend daily to recieve complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 AM from JE E/M and report after completion of complaints and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M with user signature as a record of attending the complaints for payment purposes (iv) Contractor will depposit new material to Engineer in charge for acceptance and then material will be issued by JE E/M daily based on assessment of complaints. (v) Old retrived material shall be deposited in AGE E/M yard and will be given to contractor after completion of contract.as directed by EIC (vi) Any complaint/job given on a particular day shall be repaired/rectified within tewnty four hours of complaint received. The rate of recovery against non attending/completing job on same day shall be Rs. 75/- per complaint per day.

Material and labour for attending day to day complaints of existing 12 m high high mast light (of any type, make and wattage installed at various locations at AF station jodhpur) received through telephone or in person, identification and rectification of defects by bringing down the fittings on ground or in position including replacement of flexible wire, MH choke, MH/Sodium lamp, ignitor, lamp holder, driver, SPD, PCB, Contactor, MCB, MCCB replacement of old unserviceable light fittings, cleaning of glass/acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, jumper fixing, tightening of loose connections, GI bracket tightening, checking the connection of FRP junction box, light alignment etc, properly insulating the connections complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item No 12.00 :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable items shall be measured and paid for seperately as 'Supply only' under repective items of this BoQ . (ii) Contractor shall provide/depute sufficient number of electricians and helpers (as directed by Engineer-in-charge) to attend the complaints and rectified the same within 24 hours of receipt of complaints. (iii) Contractor manpower shall attend daily to recieve complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 AM from JE E/M and report after completion of complaints and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M with user signature as a record of attending the complaints for payment purposes. M&L for repair of mechanism of high mast and rewinding of three phase tower motor 440 volt AC if burnt and including dismantling from high mast transport to workshop for rewinding with existing size of super enameled copper wire, replacing of gear, bearing bush etc for running of rope at satisfoctory level and reinstallation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only electric driver for 75 watt LED type fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only electric driver for 90 watt LED type fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only electric driver for 100 watt LED type fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only electric driver for 150 watt LED type fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only surge protection device rated 5kv for LED type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing in repair of automatic street light timer using nature switch for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level of natural light .The sensor (nature switch ) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminal should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FF grade SMC junction box (sintex make) confirming to IP 54 suitable for three phase phase of 12KW model -Swadeep -02EC12kW3P of make - Nature switch or equivalent in legrand/siemens.

Supply and fixing in repair modular power contactor type MNX 9 of rating 9 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair modular power contactor type MNX 12 of rating 12 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
