AIR CONDITIONERS Taking out split type air conditioners indoor and out door units or window AC 1.5/2TR any type complete for repair and overhauling of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR of any make/type after disconnecting refrigerant pipes, drain pipe and electric connection, removing dust by using blower and cleaning the condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda/cleaning chemical agents, checking and replacing the spares like relay assembly, relay contactor, capacitors, thermostat, fan motor with blades & blower fan motor with blades, unserviceable strainer air filters cum dryier etc after taking down of old materials as required and also including connecting of refrigerant pipe, drain pipe and also charging of refrigerant gas and fixing back in its original location after satisfying testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Lobour charge for taking down and fixing is deemed to be included with quoted rate.)

Removing old unserviceable split type air conditioner indoor unit and deposited in store yard for safe custody and Supply and fix indoor unit of the split type air conditioner 1.5 TR capacity and complete with all accessories such as installation plate with screws, blower motor, swing motor, filters etc duly prewired and including connecting of existing refrigerant piping, electrical connections, drain pipe and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Voltas/Carrier/Blue Star.

Removing old unserviceable split type air conditioner outdoor unit and deposited in store yard for safe custody and Supply and fix outdoor unit of the split type air conditioner 1.5 TR capacity, complete with all accessories such as hermetically sealed compressor and condenser unit, capacitors, relays, fan motor, duly prewired and including connecting of existing refrigerant gas piping, electrical connections and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Voltas/Carrier/Blue Star.

Leak testing the complete gas circulating system with dry nitrogen after evacuating and rectifying/arresting leakage by cutting, soldering, flaring work with nut, jointing of refrigerant tubing and charging of refrigerant gas to the required pressure in split type air conditioner upto 1.5TR/ 2 TR capacity and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately)

S&F in repairs of 0.064" to 0.080" (inch) dia and 28" to 35" long capillary tube with strainer for the split type AC 1.5/2 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.
