Short E-Tender For Operations and Maintenance Contract of Sewage Treatment Plant & Effluent Treatment Plant (800 KLD MBR based plant) (Re-Tender) for UNMICRC, Ahmedabad

Bidder should submit detail of manpower with all relevent documents appoint at plant as per given format in E -Tender

Bidder is required to procure material according to approved make list. The material should be installed after MIR (Material Inspection Report).

Bidder should make all safety arrangement required for the labour engaged by him at his own cost.

Bidder should be solely responsible for compliance to the provisions of various Labour and industrial laws, such as, wages, allowances, compensations, EPF, Bonus, Gratuity, ESI etc. relating to personnel deployed by it at UNMICRC site or for any accident caused to them and the institute should not be liable to bear any expense in this regard.

Bidder should submit Copies of relevant contracts, work order or contract agreement along with work completion certificate with bid submission for meeting work experience.

Bidder should fully adhere to and comply the BOQ, general terms and conditions, special terms and condition and other condition of contract.

Bidder should submit work compensation policy.

Bidder should submit Employee liability insurance.

Bidder should maintain all log books/ Preventive maintenance register/ Material stock register/ Material safety data sheet/ SOP/ Equipment Maintenance history sheet/ Water consumption register/ Calibration report file/All delivery challan book/water tesing report file/ Equipment warranty certificate file/ Tank cleaning register/ Sump cleaning register/ Sludge disposable register/ Record books/ Site visit register / site order book / layout / Other requisite register.

Bidder should calibrate all electrical meter/sensors or other all equipment every year in NABL approved laboratory.

Bidder should give a water Tests report twice a month of effluent and sewage water before and after treatment and certificate must be obtained from the Gujarat State Pollution Control Board authorized laboratories, for parameter shown in Table no - 1.

Bidder should provide an Expert visit twice in month through offering a visit by an Environmental Engineer/Chemical Engineer (B.E./Master Degree in Environmental Engineering/ B.E./Master degree in chemical Engineering) to ensure the overall health of plant

Bidder should take approval from Gujarat Pollution Control Board, central pollution board ,Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation & Other Local Authorities as required for Consent to Operate including preparation of report / drawings as per pollution board requirement, Contractor shall include the cost of legal fees/ service charges/consultation charges/ any other charges and all chemicals consumed during testing and the cost of such items of works which are not explicitly mentioned above, but are mandatory to have Gujarat pollution board approval & shall be deemed to be included in the price bid. . If any query raised by the Government, same should be resolve by the Contractor. UNMICRC may assist on the request of contractor but, it should not be binding to UNMICRC to getting above permission

Bidder should provide service for Painting work (Wall, Ceiling & fabricated items): every - 1 Years.

Bidder should provide service for Painting work (Wall, Ceiling & fabricated items): every - 1 Years.

Bidder should provide service for Painting work (Pipe, Pumps, staircase, Railing & all other items): every - 1 Years.

Bidder should provide service for Civil maintenance work - Whenever required

Bidder should provide service for Tank cleaning of Treated water tank: Quarterly

Bidder should provide service for Tank cleaning of all other tanks: Twice in year

If the performance of any individual pump or equipment or electrical item or any system is not satisfactory, the same shall be replaced by the Contractor free of cost. If it is found that to meet the performance criteria, any extra equipment is required the same will be provide free of cost by the Contractor

Bidder should provide CIP (Cleaning in Place) Process every monthly (Or when ever required) for increasing plant efficiency and improvement result of product water.

Bidder should provide Cleaning (Cleaning outside of tank) Process twice in year (Or when ever required) for increasing plant efficiency and improvement result of product water.

Bidder should clean & Maintain (Including Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical work) 10 nos. of drain sumps at second basement of new hospital building and hostel building. Bidder will clean all 10 Nos. sump pump quarterly. In case of emergency they should be clean sump pump immediately whenever required.

Required spare parts, material and consumables shall be made available immediately as per attached Appendix – C & Approved Make List. Adequate stocks of all spare parts, consumables (as jointly decided by UNMICRC & Contractor) are to be kept at UNMICRC premises.
