Removing of unserviceable long rail having both threaded ends broken and S & F new long rail of GI tubing 32mm bore medium grade (Make : Jindal/ TATA/Swastic) duly threaded both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable short rail having both threaded ends broken and fixing of two Nos short rails made from cutting of long rail obtained from item No 59.01 above threading the both ends of short rails and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of unserviceable legs, threading and fixing legs made from cutting of short rails obtained from items No 59.01 above and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of existing cracked deshaped or unserviceable elbow and S&F new 32mm bore GI Elbow (ISI Mark) three way complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of existing cracked deshaped or unserviceable check nut and S&F new 32mm bore GI check nut (thickness of check nut shall not be less than 6mm) ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable ply top from charpoy GI Pipe, tightening of loose all components (ie complete Charpoy) and S&F ply wood of size 1990x900x12mm thick BWR grade ISI marked with appropriate mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of 6mm dia and suitable size long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F new stiffner made of MS size 900x25x4mm including two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer shall be welded between the long rail by making two nos holes in each stiffner complete all as specified and directed.

CHARPOY IP MS TUBE WITH PLY TOP (FD/MAP/11/01)
