Part - B: Tendering Process 1. Providing clarifications on the tender documents to the bidders, Amending the document, if required 2. Opening & Evaluation of the Technical Bids. 3. Preparation of Technical Comparison 4. Opening & Evaluation of Financial Bids 5. Preparation of comparisons of financial bids, preparation of agreements & draft of award of contract including all necessary documentation.
Part - C : Monitoring the work of Project Execution 1. Preparation & Verification of all drawings & designs needed for execution of slaughter house project 2. Monitoring the work of execution of the slaughter house project till its trial runs 3. Checking and certification of quality of work of the project. 4. To advise the MCP from time to time during the execution of work on all issues relating to the project 5. verification and passing of bills of the executor of the project 6. Attending meetings with MCP in relation to the project
Part - D : Running of Slaughter house 1. Advise to obtain various permissions from the concerned departments 2. Advise the MCP to issue completion certificate to the execution agency after due checks 3.Successful completion of trials runs of slaughter house. Submission of mechanism to run the Modern Abattoir 4. The successful bidder should deliver all of the foregoing if any, to Municipal Corporation Patiala at the completion of project
