Charges for rewinding of Crompton make motor for dismantled the motor set part by part, stripping of the old winding from the stator slots, cleaning of the slots., Insulate the slot by paper insulation type Class- F, Rewinding of stator with super enameled copper wire (insulation), making two coats of Class-F varnish on the stator winding, Winding connection charges, phase to phase insulation charges made by Class-F category paper, pre-heating of complete rewound stator winding, termination of leads in the junction box with proper capacity of copper lugs, Rotor balancing, Motor re-assembling including fans and guards, Motor No load test as per direction of EIC.

Re-installation of motor along with cable connection with supply necessary materials as per direction of EIC.

Charges for fitting fixing the above supplied Cardan shaft and making proper alignment between pump and motor with intermediate cardan shaft by engaging skilled personal with supply necessary materials with testing commissioning all complete as per direction.
