RequiredThe Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection

RequiredThe bidder shall be an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or an authorized dealer of the OEM. Necessary documentation proof shall be submitted

RequiredBidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp

RequiredBidder shall quote only for the makes, specifications and material of the items mentioned in the Schedule.

RequiredBidder should submit the complete detailed technical specifications along with make quoted of the trays, as part of the technical bid

RequiredBidder should submit acceptance to provide the equipment shall have a minimum warranty of 24 months from the date of supply

RequiredBidder should submit acceptance for payment terms i.e. 100% within 30 days after receipt of material at site in good condition

RequiredBidder should submit acceptance to submit the Test certificates containing results of tests conducted along with material

RequiredBidder should submit acceptance that the deviations from the tender specifications and requirements are clearly mentioned in the schedule-8 with price implications if any, any deviations mentioned in later stage will not be accepted

RequiredBids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection without intimation. Price should be quoted only in online.

RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered.

OptionalResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
