Ordinary jungle clearance on afflux bund with thorney busshes with proper disposal including all labour and T&P etc complete.

Supply and installation of concrete Pannel Boundary wall upto 2.10M Hight from G.L. (Prestressed concrete of grade M-25 with 4 Nos of 4mm STS wire) slab of size 2100mm*300mm* 50mm with fixing of same at proper position between two pillers/column with same grade of concrete (per stressed with 7 Nos of STS wire) of size 2740mm*150mm* 150mm with provision of edge grove (50mm*50mm) two opposite phase for holding precast slab/Pannel including footing 450mm*450mm*600mm with grade M-20 and base concrete 450mm*450mm*200mm & 50mm* 550mm*100mm grade M-10 also including all material Labour. T&P etc. carriage at site complete with contractor profit.

Brick work with Ist class brick and 1:4 cement mortar(1cement and 4coarse sand including all lead & lift, labour, T&P etc complete the work.

plastering on brick work with 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar of approved quality with all labour, material, T&P etc. complete.

providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacutrer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even smooth complete.

Finishing wall with premium acrylic asmooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and i/c priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20Kg/ 10 sqm)( apex ultima, weather coat all guard) asian, berger.

Providing and fixing 01mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plate s at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete. Including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using m.s.angle 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces.
