Lump sum fee (including GST and all other taxes and expenditure) for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of MSW Processing Plant at Nagar Palika Parishad __________________, Uttar Pradesh

Tipping Fee for Operation & Maintainance of MSW Processing Plant for First Year(1st year) at Nagar Palika Parishad (for 60*365 =21900.00 MT ), Uttar Pradesh

NOTES: 1) Tipping fee per MT payable for 1st year and Total Capex (Total of price quoted in Annexure for each equipment) as detail shall be calculated individually as: 1.01 Quoted Capex Fee = Estimated Rate X (100 +/- %age Quoted by bidder) 2.01 Tipping Fee for Operation & Maintainance of MSW Processing Plant for First Year(1st year) = Estimated Rate X (100 +/- %age Quoted by bidder) 2) Annual Escalation of 5% on Tipping fee per MT for 1st year, shall be applicable from second year onwards subject to satisfactory performance in O&M of plant as per terms of RFP and acceptance of works by Project In-charge. 3) Payment for Monthly O&M Amount as per applicable Tipping Fee shall be made as per clause 2.46 of the RFP. 4) All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees Only.
