Providing & Installation of horizontal spindle horizontal split casing / end suctions (back pull out arrangement ) single /double/multistage centrifugal pump or combination of pump in series of KSB /Kirloskar and mather and platt make as per BIS 1520-1980 with up to date amendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water . The pump should be fitted with bronze impellers, priming funnels , casing rings, shaft sleeves of bronze, shaft of steel grade EN-8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on MS/ Cast steel base plate ( base plate to be provided from the manufacturer,s of the pumping unit only) to squirrel cage drip proof induction motor of standard make such as Kirloskar/Crompton/ KSB confirming to BIS 9238-1979 latest with up to date amendments and suitable for operation on 400 (+/-) 10% volts, 50 cycles / second, three phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor should be atleast 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump in the operation range of + 10% and - 15% of the duty point head. The motor should be as per IS 325-1978 with up to date amendments.The pump set should suitable for operation on data given below:- ( 2No. Pumping set i.e. 2x 90= 180.00 HP)

Providing and fixing double flanged GMS piping network for suction and delivery pipes suitable to pumps offered and common header as per the rising main respectively complete with all specials such as rappers, flanges, rubber gaskets minimum 3 mm in thickness as per IS 2712-1979, nuts and bolts as per IS:1364-1983, bends ,tees reducers/ increasers with companion flanges matching with the relevant specifications of the accessories as per drawing up to 5 metre away from the outer wall of pump houses. The pipes shall be as per relevant IS Code and to withstand 1.5 times total head stipulated.The size of various components are as under:-

Suction pipe 150 mm dia M.C Minimum length= 5 metre

Delivery pipe 100 mm dia M.C Minimum length= 10 metre

Common header 125 mm dia M.C Minimum length = 10 metre

The GMS tube confirming to IS :- 1239-1979 part-I Medium class flanged with MS flanges of table 5 in suction pipe and heavy class flanged with MS flanges of table 17 in delivery side and common header.

Providing and laying suitable size copper PVC insulated armoured power 3.5 core cable ( one cable carrying all the three phases) of suitable size and capacity to and all other electrical equipments as per IS: 1554 (P-I)1988 or latest with upto date amendments of Siemens/ IEC/ICC/ make from metre of HPSEB to MCB and from MCB to bus bar switch and starter including all other accessories such as thimbles, flexible, pipes solder, nuts and bolts, cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor.

Providing and fixing double loop earthing with copper plate 600mmx600mmx3mm thick electrode complete with material such as thimbles, nuts and bolts, charcoal and common salt, 25mmx3mm. G.I strips and G.I wire as per IS: 3043-1987 with upto date amendments for motors and other electrical equipments and digging of pits etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and instalation of VFD Starter for centrifugal pump with SCADA based Automation

Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Energy Saving Variable Frequency Starter Panel for centrifugal pump made out of 16 Gauge sheet, powder coated dust and vermin proof, wall/base mounted and front opening door type with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 2 Nos. pumps (1 working & 1 stand by) each of the rating 90 HP .
