Taking Down Old unserviceable Street Lights/Security lights/flood Light/Post Top Lantern/Garden Lights etc. any type, any description , opening up, carrying out repairs such as removing connection from the system checking of unserviceable parts and serviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable parts with new spares parts and testing complete, tightening the loose connection and make the item functional, re-assembling the fittings , re-fixing and rehanging at the specified location (as directed) including replacement of three core weather proof copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm and painting bracket and clamp with aluminium paint, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (1) Minor spares such as connector block/wire etc. are deemed to be included in the quoted rates for the Job. (2) Other spares shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Make: Phillips /Havells/CG/Bajaj or equivalent make in list of makes specified in PS.

S&F in repairs LED street light fittings 70 Watts Pressure die cast aluminum housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection better optics for uniform distribution complete all as specified and as directed Make: Phillips /Havells/CG/Bajaj or equivalent make in list of makes specified in PS.

S&F in repairs LED street light fittings 30 Watts Pressure die cast aluminum housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection better optics for uniform distribution complete all as specified and as directed Make: Phillips /Havells/CG/Bajaj or equivalent make in list of makes specified in PS.

S&F PVC copper flexible cable three core 1.5 sqmm for connection of street light from Pole box to street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Cable : Finolex/Polycab/Plaza/Gloster/Harsh all are ISI marked or equivalent make in list of makes specified in PS.

S & F in repairs GI Bracket made out of 40 mm dia medium grade GI tube up to 1.5 m long bend to shape 115 degree off set shape, fixed with 2 nos of suitable MS Flat clamp of size 40 x 6 mm with necessary nut bolts & washers and applying two coats of aluminum enamelled paint over one coat of zinc oxide primer for clamp complete all a specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of aluminium paint on steel tubular pole 9/11 m long, including preparation old surfaces, filling cavities and lettering the Pole no in figures, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs FRP cable looping box of size 250 x 150 x 100 mm With connector block 4 Way , including provision for 1 Nos of MCB SP 6 Amp, copper shorting strips etc including suitable stainless steel gland, including provision for connecting earth continuity conductor etc. all as specified and as directed Make :- SINTEX / NATIONAL / NATRAJ/HANSEL.

S & F in repairs MCB SP 6 Amps in existing loop box complete all as specified and as directed . Make: Legrand/Schiender/L&T or equivalent make in list of makes specified in PS.

S & F in repairs MCCB TPN 63 amp 16 KA in existing panel/feeder including reconnecting of incomming & out connection with proper lugs etc. complete all a s specified and as directed. Make: Legrand/Schiender/L&T or equivalent make in list of makes specified in PS.

S & F cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 Core on wall with Saddling/Laying in trenches including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all a s specified and as directed. Make of Cable : Finolex/Polycab/Plaza/Gloster all are ISI marked or equivalent make in list of makes specified in PS.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out/laying cable and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all a s specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all a s specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading sand in trenches for cable protection and punning down gently by hand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.
