Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 3.0 metre in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches/post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying brick protection cable cover using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat adjacent to each other across the length of cable laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 50mm, inner dia 38mm SDR-21 of 4kgf/cmsq with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure type, laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 above but 95 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC work type D-2 (1:4:8) with 40mm graded aggregate for foundation to poles/stays/strutus or basements etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC work type C-2 (1:3:6) with 40mm graded aggregate for foundation to basements etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC work type B-1 (1:2:4) with 20 mm graded aggregate for coping (new and old damage coping) to poles / stays/ strutus or basements etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old rusted galvanized iron pipe and providing galvanized pipe 80 mm bore light grade in trenches / road / nallah or fixed along wall/ pole including mild steel clamps, screws etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old rusted galvanized iron pipe and providing galvanized pipe 40 mm bore light grade in trenches / road / nallah or fixed along wall/ pole including mild steel clamps, screws etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old rusted galvanized iron pipe and providing galvanized pipe 32mm bore light grade in trenches / road / nallah or fixed along wall/ pole including mild steel clamps, screws etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for feeder pillar bus bar box of size of size 600x450x550mm of outdoor type, double door, both side openable, locking arrangement, kiosk type, powder coated painting, 3.00 mm thick MS sheet water proof hinged, having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 400 Amp duly colour coded mounted on porcelain insulator, with provn of 06 Nos outgoings including MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole, 35/36 kA,= 01 No, LED indicator (RYB), 08 Nos, holes in bottom for inlet and outlet cable with suitable size of cable gland and mild steel stand for mounting of panel board made of angle iron of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm, 1.05 metre high (450mm below ground level and 600mm above ground) along with necessary cement concrete for grouting of panel stand and connecting the panel with earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) Feeder pillar box shall be got fabricated from CPRI approved and shall be from approved list of manufaturer only and depth of panel not less than 55CM. (b) Electric connection between MCCB and Busbar shall be with aluminium strip links duly colour coded. (c) MCCB shall be of make-Havells/Legrand/L & T (d) Cost of PCC for foundation is deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor.

Note for Item No. 17 to 20: (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary earth work/excavation. PCC 1:3:6 foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping, plastering with CM 1:4 and cement based paint on exposed surface of pedastal etcas required as directed.

Dismantling of HT/LT steel Poles from its existing location and re-erracting the same in its new location with street light bracket and making electrical including earth work and civil work complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Soil re-filling and compacting at place of dismanting of existing poles will be done by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply & Fixing new steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper, plug, bolts, nuts & washers as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) including painting two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces to steel tubular pole of 11 mtr including crossarms, Bracket etc including 3 Nos. of strip / bands painted with postoffice red and nevy blue colour (300 mm each) in alternate layer from coaping, marking of pole number with black synthetic enamel paint 2.5 cm height including in 3" dia circle etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Excavation, MS work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fix PVC Junction box of size 350x250x150 mm with Aluminium bus bars 04 Nos fixed on pole with the help of MS nuts bolts and MS clamps-2 Nos of size 40mm X 5mm thick with one No MCB SP 6 Amp capacity includes making suitable hole on pole to take out connections to fitting if required at site and PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper conductor 3 core 1.5 Sqmm for making connection from junction box to security light fitting complete including provn of cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables all as specified.

Supply & fix PVC Junction box of size 250x200x105 mm with Aluminium bus bars 02 Nos fixed on pole with the help of MS nuts bolts and MS clamps-1 Nos of size 40mm X 5mm thick with one No MCB SP 6 Amp capacity includes making suitable hole on pole to take out connections to fitting if required at site and PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper conductor 3 core 1.5 Sqmm for making connection from junction box to security light fitting complete including provn of cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables all as specified.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level and covered surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers upto 15cm above top of plate and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber (chamber size not less than 300x300x300mm interier diamentions), RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The unit rate includes earth strip and new GI protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.
