P&F glass 3.0 mm thickness as per specification including wooden beading in wooden frames and painting as per specifications.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick panelled shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, including panelling , all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Imported Wood

Providing and fixing ISI marked 10mm thick ply board celling incl. the cast of wooden jamping / fram work for supporting structure of first class imported wood 1.5''x1.5'' etc complete job

Providing and fixing celling joist of first class budllo wood etc complete job

12mm thick internal cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement:4 fine sand) on all surfaces (walls, ceiling and RCC surfaces) after proper combing including cost of all material & curing.

Proving and applying of white cement based putty on surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth using two or more coats as per required

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Finishing walls with Exterior waterproof cement paint of approved quality and make including priming coat.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. Complete 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed wood primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour to give smooth finish with two or more coats on new wood and based surfaces
