M&L for Dehydration and Filteration of 11 KV grade Transformer oil through stream line filteration plant for extracting moisture content in the oil and carbon deposits and achieving the dielectric strength to 40 KV for 1 minute with a sphere gap of 2.5 mm and also checking the acidity of oil with acidity test kit and submitting the necessary test kit report /certificate, refilling the filtered oil into any KVA transformer etc as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: The filtration includes taking necessary connection to filtration plant from the transformer to their hose pipe by opening the inlet and outlet of transformers and closing the same after filtration.

Dismantaling the exsisting Transformer upto 1000 KVA transformer by disconnecting incoming and outgoing HT/LT cables/bus duct connection, shifting to workshop by arranging suitable vehicle and crane and removing tank top cover /lid of 11 KV grade at workshop , draining out the transformer oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. and carrying out the maintenance work by experienced and qualified Engineer , dismantling the OLTC/ conservator tank , dismantling HT/LT bushings from core winding and lifting the core assy carefully without damaging by using the tripod/ chainpully/crane etc, cleaning / removing the sludge from the transformer tank, cleaning the OLTC/ conservator tank and checking the serviceability of the coil / core winding , checking the condition of the body , cleaning the coil/ core assy , refixing of core , core assy , OLTC/ conservator tank, HT/LT winding connection, connection of protective devices like buckholz relay connection,winding temperature indication ,oil temperature indication including fixing new gaskets to transformer top and all other places gaskets/washer , terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil incl improvement of insulation resistance value within desired level by heating or any other method to required level and re assembling at the site, connection of LT/HT sides, testing and charging the transformer complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge. Taking out HT VCB/OCB ,11 KV grade 400 Amps rating from HT panel for servicing / repairs by dismantling the HT VCB operating mechamism, inspection of control wiring realignment of moving contacts with fixed contacts assy, vaccum interrupter ,checking of relays for protection, greasing of all moving parts of mechanis, checking and realignment of mechanism for its proper functioning and operation, re-assembling of HT VCB , fixed in its original position , testing for functions, and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing of 5 way RMU CT 400/200/1-1 complete suitable for RMU complete all as specified and directed.

Taking proper shutdown & Isolate the HT electric supply and HT 11KV outdoor upto 5 way RMU of any make and type and servicing of all minor/major parts of the RMU by cleaning isolating contact moving parts,removing dust particle from the bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism, repair to motor charge spring mechanism,tightening of all nut & bolts and testing the complete HT electric supply and putting on supply on load complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 KV (size 2 m x 1 mtr) for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 suitable for electrical shock safety complete all as directed by Engr in charge.
