Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R itmes) Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of newly plastered / un--plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white lime wash over prepared surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down loose plaster from ceiling of slab, edges and soffit of chajjas and the like, cleaning surface with wire brush to remove all dust/dirt/loose particles to expose old steel reinforcement, applying neat cement slurry@ 3Kg per sqm and 30mm thick (in two layers , each layer 15mm thick) plaster in cement mortar 1:3 not exc 5 sqm each patch including removal of rubbish/demolished material to a distance exceeding 250mtr and not exc 500mtr , including scaffolding up to 3m height and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge .

S & F factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam PVC sheet on single side used instead of plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet and fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
