Construction of temporary structure and pandal with approved quality and colour as per direction of the district administration of DRDC cell. Specification of work – (i) Stage (01 no.) – 36’ X 18’, erected to be at an elevation of 4’ from existing ground level. (ii) 02 nos. of temporary stair for accessing the stage having minimum width of each stair 7’. (iii) Stall (60 nos.) – 10’ X 10’ with approved quality and colour of decorative finishing in wall and wooden floor with temporary shelf in each stall for showcasing items and 04 nos. of plastic chairs and 2 nos. of plastic table in each stall (iv) In front of stage roof covering with temporary structure and polythene sheet having area approximately – 36’ (wide) & 90’ (Length). (v) 01 no. of gate to be erected having approximate opening width and height 20’ X 10’ as the main entry gate for mela ground and 6 nos. of gate to be erected at different locations within Jalpaiguri town having approximately opening width and height 10’ X 14’ respectively. Refer to the drawing sheet enclosed. (vi) Supplying & placing in position of 4-seater sofa – 5 nos. & Plastic chair – 200 nos. for all 06 days, & VIP chair – 40 nos., Plastic chair – 500 nos. for 1 day i.e., Inaugural day only. (vii) Decorating and creating a selfie zone in the mela ground with adequate light and content in the background of the selfie zone as approved by the District Administration of DRDC cell. (viii) Supplying, fitting and fixing of sound system with minimum 10 nos. of Sound box (Minimum 1000 Watt Capacity) and 08 nos. of Mouth piece with stand and 04 no. of cordless microphone with wi-fi graphic equalizer. (ix) Arrangement of providing 50 watt led bulb in each stall and for stage decoration 12 nos. of LED Matrix moving lights, 10 nos. of LED Matrix beam lights, 06 nos. of spot florescent lights with perimeter layer and 100 watt LED light 20 nos. for compound illumination purpose and other light for the purpose of illumination as per suitability of the venue. (viii) Arrangement for proving adequate power back up (Generator – 35 K.V.A, silent D.G) for conducting the programme smoothly and hassle free for 06 days.
