Amount

Taking down carefully copper/ Aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete incl. (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, boards, DB, MCB, light fittings etc), removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) for one light point controlled by 1 one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade in and including PVC capping and casing (double lock, ISI Marked) of suitable size with all necessary fittings along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including PVC rectangular switch board with plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc or modular plastic surface boxes suitable for mounting modular switches, sockets etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring, making good to the disturbed surfaces, facing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 in brick walls, cutting not exc 10 cm girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring with 2 run of single core 4.0 Sqmm FRLSH (ISI Marked) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including PVC Conduit/ casing capping of minimum size 25 mm alongwith accessories on roof/walls/ ceiling etc including one run of 4.0 Sqmm FRLSH (ISI Marked) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth wire, including taking down old wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two run of 4.0 Sqmm single core cable, one run of 4.0 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit/ casing capping shall be measured as one run length.

Materil and Labour for sub main wiring with 2 run of single core 6.0 Sqmm FRLSH (ISI Marked) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including PVC Conduit/ casing capping of minimum size 32 mm alongwith accessories on roof/walls/ ceiling etc including one run of 6.0 Sqmm FRLSH (ISI Marked) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth wire, including taking down old wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two run of 6.0 Sqmm single core cable, one run of 6.0 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit/ casing capping shall be measured as one run length

Supply and fix in repair PVC casing and caping of size 25 x12 mm including taking down old unservicable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling rose, 3 pole, PVC/polycarbonate, insulated body (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Switch piano flush button single pole, one way 6 Amp, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure MCB DB 4 way SPN double door suitable for 240 V, fixed on walls including elctrical connection, blanking plate as per requirement and taking down unserviceable DBs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure MCB DB 6 way SPN double door suitable for 240 V, fixed on walls including elctrical connection, blanking plate as per requirement and taking down unserviceable DBs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure MCB DB 8 way SPN double door suitable for 240 V, fixed on walls including elctrical connection, blanking plate as per requirement and taking down unserviceable DBs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair MCB DB 4 Way TPN double door factory made suitable for incorporating MCB as out going and MCBs as incoming , fixed on walls including elctrical connection, blanking plate as per requirement and taking down unserviceable DBs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB DB,TPN 8 way, double door vertical with 200 Amp rated bus bar , fixed on walls including elctrical connection, blanking plate as per requirement and taking down unserviceable DBs complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item no 8 to 12 for fixing of DBs cement morter ratio 1:6 required will be inclusive of quoted rate.

Supply & fix MCB, TPN, AC, 415 volts IP-43 of 40 Amps capacity "C" series and making connections incl taking down unsv one complete all as specified & directed.

Refixing of MCB, TPN, AC, 415 volts IP-43 of 32 Amps capacity "C" series and making connections incl taking down unsv one complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix wall mounted bulk head LED light fitting 10 W, made up of poly carbonate housing with diffuser & intigrated electronic driver and necessary electric connection complet all as per specified and directed

Supply and fixing LED building light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as per specified and directed

Supply and fix 1.5 mtr long 40 mm dia GI pipe (Light grade) bracket for fixing of building light and building light all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 4 mm dia galvanised iron as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Material and Labour Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.
