Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all depth, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead .including pumping or bailing out water upto all lead and lifts,as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten Graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering and curing complete All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight Graded stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etcetra as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights. Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm (six millimetre ) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one Cement : three fine sand). and curing complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 60mm (sixty millimetre) thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm (fifty millimetre) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete 300x16 mm (three hundred into sixteen millimetre) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Edging with second class bricks laid dry length-wise including excavation refilling, consolidating with hand packing and spreading neatly surplus earh within a lead of 20 metres including 10 NO'S circular expended metal with angle frame treeguard, internal diametre 0.60 mtr, and height 1.20m. as per design complete with providing and grouting ASHOKA TREEs in these circuler threeguard and balance area of the lawn is coverd with Grassing with 'Doob' grass including watering and maintenance of the Lawn for 30 days or more till the grass from a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
