Providing, erection Testing & Commissioning of 20 mtr Umbrella High Mast lighting system with bottom dia 410 mm, Top dia 150mm and 4&4 mm thick G.I sheet etc. complete with all accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 18001 and wind tunnel test report shall be submited. it shall also include acceaaories for High Mast including head frame, steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch (type test report of the winch shall be conducted through I.I.T. and the same shall be submitted to the deptt. for approval),trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial.,Galvanized Lantern carrige arrangement with decorative Umbrella suitable to install 8 nos 180 W LED Flood light luminaries in symmetrical arrangement & its control gear boxes and lightining finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation & including carrige of material through manual and mechanical means in all lead, lift and height. Non integral floodlight liminaries having pressurer dia cast aluminium alloy LM-24 with IP 65 protection for 20 meter hish mast as per design 180W LED (Bajaj/Philips/Surya/Crompton/Valmount Make) (LED Light Fixture Shall be Provided by the MC Shimla)

Providing, Erection Testing & Commissioning of LED type double dome aviation obstruction light (Bajaj/ Havells/Philips/Surya/Compton/ Valmount Make) including carrige of material through manual and mechanical means in all lead, lifts and height.

Providing, Erection Testing & Commissioning of out door type control panel of size 775x500x250 mm housing suitable control circuit for the operating of the mast.It shall also consits suitable control for the power tool motor complete with automatic timer MCCB, DB etc. complete including carrige of material through manual and mechanical means in all lead, lifts and height.

Construction of standard size shallow foundation as per approved desing with M 20 grade concrete for 20 mtr. High mast considring the safe soil/ tested bearing capacity at sites as 10 T/ sq mtr at 2 M depth with all materials & labours. The load bearing capacity of the soil shall be submitted to the corporation and complete foundation design & calculations on the basis of the load bearing capacity of the soil duly certified by the supplier of high mast shall also be submited for approval before laying the foundation. Also including supply of foundation bolts for 20 m HM manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template, carriage of materials through manual mechanical mean in all lead, lift and height.

Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of GI Earthing with GI plate 600mm x 600 mm x3 thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Mtr. long, 40mm dia G.I pipe including digging of pit 1.5x1.5x6 mtr & refilling with 80Kgs Charcoal and 75kgs salt in earthing pit with soft soil in double layer & connecting of High Mast earth terminal with GI strip of size 40x6mm with all allied materials & labour etc. including carriage of materials through manual and mechanical means in all lead, lift and height complete in all respect as required to complete the job including GI strip of size 40x 6mm from equipment to earthing complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volt grade direct in ground to be laid 1mtr. Below the ground level including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as per required size. Armoured cable 25 sq. mm (four Core) lincluding carriage of materials by manual and mechanical mean in all lead, lift and height.
