All reusable material used for construction of 8 mtr wide and 242 meter long CATWALK,will be the property of contractor.The rate including cost of labour ,T&P,equipment,Civil workand consumable cost of arranging, dismentalling of reusable material.

Providing and laying APP(Atactic polyproplene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer,3mm thick water proofing membrane,black finished reinforced with glass fiber matt consisting of coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @.4 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25 degree .87-.89 kg/liter and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree as 350/300 n/5 cm tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 deg.cent.cold flexibility shall be up to -2 deg cent. When tested in accordance with ASTM,D-5147.The laying of up to -2 deg.cent. When tested in accordance with ASTM,D-5157. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.
