M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing of stone masionary or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick modified polymer ready mix plaster to concrete surfaces wall finished even and fair with 3 % of weight of cement WPC , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying 1 coat of wall care white putty, 1-2mm thick and further applying 2 coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of wall priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying 1 coat of wall care putty,2mm thick and further applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal or rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4Coarse Sand)

Taking down / Demolition of old textile covering form roof (old WPT) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type B-1. 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Padding concrete to over roof slab 40 mm thick mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone in repairs of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever reqd complete.
