Premonsoon works at BSC Cherlapally for the year 2026-27. SH. Drain Cleaning, Jungle clearance and other miscellaneous works

Cleaning of Storm water drains in all depths and width 0.60m to 1.00m including removal of debris/ rubbish and disposal of the same in all leads and lifts filling in low lying areas and levelling complete in the depot premises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and the drain to be kept clean during the period of monsoon.

Cleaning of Service drains around godowns in all depths and width 0.30m including removal of debris/ rubbish and disposal of the same in all leads and lifts filling in low lying areas and levelling complete in the depot premises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and the drain to be kept clean during the period of monsoon.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Servicing to the rolling shutters including cleaning the side guides , springs and shaft etc., with kerosene oil, providing and applying fresh grease, applying tension to the springs replacing damaged parts and welding locking plates stoppers etc., wherever necessary etc complete as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge(Rolling shutters parts, laths, springs etc. will be supplied at free of cost)
