Cleaning the old painted surface having algae and other impurity using pressure washer including labour and hire charges of pump etc complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Labour charges for conducting repairs and maintenance to the existing doors, windows, furniture and black board etc : Engaged carpenter (2nd class)

Providing and fixing single scaffolding system on the exterior side, upto 5m height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc.and maintaining it in a serviceble condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after.

Labour charges for clearing the water tank, boy's and girl's toilet block.: Engaged man coolie

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank :ISI 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.
