INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

S& F LED Bulb of 9W suitable for lamp holder complete all as specified and directed.

S & F telephone socket outlet switch/socket on existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing thermo plastic terminal/junction box of size 200x 160 x 98mm with locking arrangements and necessary mounting arrangement on pole with MS clamps nut bolts and washer etc including one No. MCB of 6 Amp and PVC connector for cable termination all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn into street light poles all as specified and directed.

Construction of masonry chamber 30X30X50 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) for stop cock, with CI surface box 100 X 100X75 mm (inside) with hinged cover fixed in cement concrete slab 1:2:4 mix, necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing High pressure Cold water jet machine Heavy duty MS powder coated Base frame and continuous duty 2800 rpm branded motor copper winding for cleaning and washing of MT Vehicle at MT garage single phase 220 V with capacity of 1.6 KW motor ,60 bar pressure with 09 LPM water flow & other accessories viz Trigger gun and Fan jet Nozzle , High pressure Hose pipe, Electric cable 2.5 sqmm x 3 core for making electrical connection and suction hose pipe with minimum length -5 Mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing heavy duty metal Direct Online Starter (DOL) single phase 2 HP, range 0.37 kW to 2.2kW (0.5 HP to 3 HP), provided with IP-54, conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, FRLS internal wiring, starter type : Air Break, insulation class : H, with thermal overload relay ensures overload protection and manual reset facility with ON/OFF indications complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing PVC insulated unarmoured LT power cables Aluminium conductor 2.0 core 4.0 sqmm as per conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 including all necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed .

ROAD/PATH/APRON

M&L for stone aggregate 40 mm including spreading watering levelling in layers and compacted by a 8 tone roller complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for use & waste of formwork for sides of concrete base and sub base as specified and directed .

M&L for forming 12 mm wide expansion grooves upto a depth of 100mm in panels as decided by Engr-in-Charge and filling in position bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg. of hot bitumen, 1 kg. of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand for expansion joints complete all as specified and directed.

WASHING PLATFORM

M&L for finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade new work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 Kgs/10 Sqm) as specified and directed .

Providing and fixing of wall joint of 100 mm gap expansion joint system related with wall joint (int/ext) location as per drawing and direction of Engr-in-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminium base members self aligning/ centring arrangement and support plate as per ASTM B221-02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joint system suitable for vertical wall to wall/wall to corner application both new and existing construction in office Buildings and complexes with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of joint system. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminium profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminium surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. Material shall confirming to ASTM 6063.
