Prapration of Detailed Project Report including drawings for Heliport and Development of Tourist Facility at Auhar (left side while going to Kullu Manali road i.e. Food Court of International Standard, Parking for about 150 to 200 vehicles, Subways (proposed between site and under construction tourist complex at Auhar and Children Amusement Park)).

Note:- The rate excluding of Goods Service Tax but including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, labour cess, other levies / taxes, duties , royalties, sale tax, octry, Toll taxes of local bodies and authorities that the contractor will have to pay for the performance of this contract
