Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 M complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un reinforced ) PCC paver block of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provied and removal and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of ( reinforced cement concrete) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitiate demolition) of any description and in any positionnot otherwise specifically provided for and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel, or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spi-rally for hooping for col-umns, hooking ends and binding with and in-cluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debrish to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick of external surfaces of concrete/brick in cement morter 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seprately as supply only under respective item of Sch 'A'/BOQ

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and concrete work and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from old surface of wall and washing rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface of wall and prepration surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 clear span , cills steps seismic and other similar bands, copings, hold fast and the like incluing weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating asdirected with and icluding necessary form work in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described and removal of dismantling materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking of broken glass from top of walls and removing the rubbish to a distance not less than 100 m and deposited where directed

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framed work and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gd E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron in fencing posts, and struts fixed independently without connecting plates, grill etc and cutting to required size and shape, conforming to gde Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of fencing posts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc including Dismentling of barbed wire of any description of any position Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Restraining resecuring including maiking good staples etc of Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of fencing posts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed.

S&F concertina coil 2.5 mm dia of core wire in 600 mm circular dia of each coil having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-1454(Part-I) with low carbon steel strip punched tape of 19 mm wide, 0.50 mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barb/blades @ 25 mm centre to centre punched all along the length of both sides of strip at regular interval conforming to IS-513 including Dismentling of Concertina coil of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Concertina coil having 50 Rounds per 6 RM.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radious built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random, rubble, stone masonary brought upto courses, well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random, rubble, stone masonary except stone brought upto courses, well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M.S framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section (sliding or hinged) with gusset plates, rails, braces, rollers etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Material and labour for mild steel round bars bars 10mm dia and over (Fe -410W(Gde-E-250) Quality A cut to length bent to shape required ,including cranking , bending sprilly for hopping for chain link fencing,columns ,hooking ends and binding with MS (annealed) wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, purpose made.; length of bolt exc 15cm and n exc 30cm long. Diameter of neck 12 mm complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Bands, straps, rungs, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing 3.8 mm dia wire, mesh size 25x25 mm to 50x50mm made into mattresses laped wired laid in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire with and including complete as specified and directed.

M & L broken glass coping 25mm thick on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 and all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of white wash on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coats of exterior emulsion coloured complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing welded steel wire fabric n exc 4 kg complete fixed to wood or steel membersmetal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members (Weight N exc 4 kg per square metr) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC(1:2:4) type B-1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams, and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.
