M&L for preparation for removal of existing treatment, all loose gravel cement mortar, dirt, oil, grease and foreign material by jet of dry air, roughening and cleaning the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. Loose existing bituminous material manually and with heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints & cracks and apply primer with SmartCare Epoxy Primer to seal the pores/cracks and enhance the adhesion of the coating. Apply first coat Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with Sun Reflective Index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength of 2.9 MPa and shall have cracks bridging ability up to 2.5 mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure, reduce surface temperature up to 10 degree Celsius with 33% dilution of priming coat. Laying of fiber mesh of 0.3 mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45 gsm/sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50 mm and allow it to dry. Apply second undiluted coat @ 0.451 ltr/sqm. Apply third and final coat undiluted @ 0.451 ltr/sqm as specified and as per manufacturer's specification having warranty for 10 years.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick surfaces or concrete surface as on Roof surface to maintain slope, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding mixing of wpc complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Integral Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for 25mm x 20mm Drip Course Extra over rendering or plastering and similar work including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends in CM 1:4 including mixing with wpc including taking down cement plaster for making Drip course complete all as specified as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick surfaces or concrete surface, as on external surfaces in two layers, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding mixing of wpc including taking down cement plaster of any description and any thickness including mangalore pattern tiles on brick/stone/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Integral Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.)

M & L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface of brick masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description and any thickness including gritt finish as directed by GE.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Distemper Oil Emulsion over 2 mm thick wall care putty to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for preparation of Old plastered surfaces of wall by Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of Distemper Oil Emulsion over 2 mm thick wall care putty to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489.2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces over two coat of wall putty complete all as specified as directed.

M & L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including demolition of existing tiles and removal outside the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed and approved by GE.
