Regular day to day cleaning of row,remvoal and disposal of overburden, desilting of drains at IGP Chambal Kota (For 1 year)

Cleaning of ROW and garbage collection from ROW at Industrial Area Chambal as per following details:-Collection of solid waste(non industrial) from ROW of industrial area Chambal spread on about 120.87 acres and having approximate 100 no of plots, as per requirement by suitable commercial vehicle with hopper arrangement. The waste so collected will be transported and disposed off in proper manner by the agency at its own level and cost, to the designated place of local bodies or as per directions of engineer in charge. work is to be executed strictly as per BoQ.The Work also includes Cleaning of garbage, dustbins, malba, unsuitable soil, overburden , dead animals etc., brooming of roads complete. from ROW of Ind. Area Chambal, including labour charges, loading- unloading, transportation by tractor-trollies complete in all respect from total road length of approximate 3200 metres. of Industrial area Chambal and disposed outside the industrial area or as per direction of engineer in charge. The contractor agency shall attend the complaints made by any entrepreneurs of Ind. Area within 3 days and inform to this office. All the items like brooms labours, tractor-trollies including (POL) and other T and P will be provided by the contractor at his own cost. GPS photos at regular interval must be submitted and satisfaction certificate/ Letter from concerned association is necessary for every running/final bill payment.

Desilting/cleaning of existing effluent/ storm water carrying drainage system (all types of section of drains) of concerned Industrial area. The scope of work includes cleaning of drains, approaches & cross drainage works up to bed level of the drain/ culvert/ CD work complete in all respect to ensure the uninterrupted flow in the drainage system of Industrial Area throughout the year. The work also includes the proper disposal of Sludge/ Silt /Garbage etc. and transportation of the same with all due care to a suitable ultimate disposal to a designated place or outside the Industrial area with all lead & lift, as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. The adjoining sides of the drain should be properly cleaned and dressed after removal of the Sludge/ Silt /Garbage etc.
