M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Sand will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km. all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or stone walls to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (as second coat), over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (as first coat) on stone / PCC blockmasonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including cement base wall cair Putty on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of pastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of HDPE service water tank of capacity exc 250 litre & up to 500 litre and connected circulating pipes at any position by removing sludge, mud, moss, moulds, efflorescent salts, oil spots etc or any other foreign material from the bottom, cover and internal surfaces by scraping using wire brush, draining out the water from the tank and washing internally with water & bleaching powder (0.10 Kg of bleaching powder will be mix in 1 litre water) and again draining out the water from the tank and writing the date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
