M&L for Point Wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with Zerohalogen flame reretardent (ZHFR) smoke free non toxic non corrosive with copper cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core insulated and unsheathed stranded cable 1100 Volts grade and including (ERW) stove enamelled concealed conduit heavy duty ISI marked complete all as specified and directed for one light point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate of cutting chasing,Pinning in & making good shall quoted in unit rates.

All as per BOQ srl item No.01 here-in-before but with 2.5 Sqmm for power socket point controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor green in colour as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 3 x 2.5 Sqmm FRLS insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through and including ERW stove enamelled Steel Conduit heavy duty ISI marked and its all accessories of suitable size concealed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Three runs of 2.5 Sqmm copper cable and one run of above steel conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flame proof, heavy duty, metalic body with metalic blades, legs, ISI marked energy efficient BEE five star rated exhaust fan, 457mm sweep, 1440RPM, CFM 4000 with lauvers and connecting up including provision of three core flexible copper wire of size 1.5sqmm from ceiling rose to exhaust fan including making hole on wall grouting bolts nuts washers, etc. complete all as speceified and as directed

Insulation to be more than 1000 Mega Ohms, Impedance Voltage-3-4%. Output neutral will be isolated from system neutral complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling approved river sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down i.e 18 cm shall be measured for payment.

M&L for boring/auguring suitable hole & insertion of 40/50/80mm mm dia GI pipe including supply and inserting pipe not less than 600 mm below existing PCC/road/hard standing complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) Cost of equipment, tools & plants & material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (b) GI pipe of suitable size bore will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of the schedule.
