OD87262/2023-2024:Design manufacture supply of 5T capacity electrically operated over head crane arrangements suitably positioned on appropriate ISMB steel sections used as main girders, carbon steel for circulating railing and grooved wheels. The entire assembly shall be capable for three dimensional lifting operations covering the entire pump house area. The whole mechanism must be easily operated from the pump house floor and all the rotating parts shall be fitted with suitable bearings of international quality. The collinear transmission shall incorporated if any shall be jointed with steering cross and rivets. The gear box and transmission arrangements of the crane must be designed for smooth and easier operations. The motors and other electrical fitting connected with the crane shall be comply to relevant Indian Standards.
