Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying of cables, pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending break down for the following sizes pipe line bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes, CI / DI Collar / mechanical Joints etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary dewatering pumps, JCB's, Cranes complete all as specified and directed :-

Note 1 :- The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the followings:- (i) Arrangement of suitable Pump sets for dewatering at the time of attending break down. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down. (iii) Labour element required for Dismantling /fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials, fittings etc. Note 2 :- Earth work, Supply only (as for site, as per types , as per size) pipes, specials, fittings shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply and laying MS ERW pipe of size 200 mm bore, 5.4 thickness for inserting the pipe in position in plain/trenches/wall/floor area and including making leak proof joints and taking down old pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and replace pressure gauge 0-14 kg/cm², 8" dia internal glycerine filled including stop cock etc., with necessary fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace Pressure gauge dial of 4" dia, 0-10 kgs/cm2 ratings suitable to the existing water pipe lines including suitable fixing lines with necessary fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of fire brigade inlet connection 4 way, self close spring valve with stainless steel coupling 63 mm dia including with all accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of fire brigade inlet connection 2 way, isolated self closing spring valve with stainless steel coupling 63 mm dia including with accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of fire hydrant landing valve of Stainless steel, type 'A' (Single head outlet) of 63 mm bore with isolating valve and instantaneous stainless steel coupling conforming to IS-5290, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of fire hydrant landing valve of Stainless steel , type 'B' (Double head outlet) of 63 mm bore with isolating valve and instantaneous stainless steel coupling conforming to IS-5290, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement ABS plastic 3/4" shut off nozzle suitable for 19/20mm hose, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement ABS plastic cap of suitable size for 63/100 mm fire hydrant single or double type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of 4 mm thick sheet glass for fire hose boxes of size 0.20 x 0.30 m , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of hose boxes of size 800 x 600 x 250 mm with 18 Guage thick MS sheet, frame made out of 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick MS angle Iron with Single door, glazed with 4 mm thick sheet glass and including necessary locking arrangement and hooks for holding hose pipes as per existing pattern, preparation and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (fire red outside and brilliant white inside) over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of hose boxes of size 600 x 600 x 200 mm with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, frame made out of 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick MS angle Iron with double door, glazed with 4 mm thick sheet glass and including necessary locking arrangement, hooks for holding hose pipes as per existing pattern , preparation and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (fire red outside and brilliant white inside) over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing/ Servicing of 63/100 mm dia fire hydrant valve single/ double headed (type 'A' & 'B") with iron hand wheel by replacing seat, Neoprene 'O' rings, spring loaded side locks including renewal of necessary bolts/nuts/washers, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hose Reel Drum Full Swing of not less than 20 mm bore and 30 m long with MS drum as per IS – 884 complete with control and branch pipe, Gun Metal Nozzle of Suitable dia fitted for hose reel confirming to IS – 444/IS:12585 Toe-II including taking down existing Hose Reel Drum of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement 63 mm dia canvas pipe 15 metre long hose pipe confirming to IS 636 complete with male and female coupling and drum made out of MS sheet confirming to IS 903, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 25 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to iron pipe complete including taking down old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 33 above but of size 20 mm dia.

Supply and replacement of 63 mm bore gun metal branch pipe and nozzle conforming to IS-903, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 12 V, 180 AH Battery without charger type including terminal clamps, copper lead of suitable size/ length, including taking down unserviceable one from the DG Set/DD pump, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the pump portion which is coupled with electric motor/ Alternator of 75 BHP to 120 BHP capacity by removing the coupling and foundation bolts etc., carrying out the overhauling of the pumpset including replacement of unserviceable minor spares/ parts such as impeller nut, keys, lock washer, gasket and gland packing to arrest the leakages from pump and greasing etc., complete cleaning, painting and re-assembling in position, testing and commissioning up to satisfaction level, compete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No.52 above but 12.5 to 60 BHP capacity.

Supply and replacement of single hydrant stand post made of MS pipe of size 80 mm bore heavy grade, 1.50 m height with 90°, duck foot bend both end flanged and including welding if required to suit single fire hydrant valve and testing, compete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replace 200 mm dia CI foot valve including necessary rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts and washers, compete all as specified and directed.
