The bidders are invited to bid their quotation for the jobs as mentioned followingly. A. S&D SAP , OFFICE & VTS monitoring Assistance 1. Responsible for undertaking for filing of papers, keeping the files in the respective places. 2. Up-dation of all the records office and S&D. 3. Data entry for T/L reporting management 4. Handling photocopier jobs 5. Receiving and dispatch preparation of couriers. 6. Carry papers, stationery, etc., within the building and other such portable items (office equipment) from one place to another and other jobs as per instructions. 7.
