Construction of 450 Cu.m capacity R.C.C.Elevated Service Reservoir with 16 m Staging height at VIVEKANANDA ROAD under Silchar Town W.S.S i) Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Up to to ring beam Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum

ii) Middle beam, walk way Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum

iii) Top beam, roof dome Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum

iv) All works above plinth level upto floor V level Total lift = 6 nos Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum

v) TIMBER SHUTTERING (FORMWORK) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts Column up to Bottom ring beam

vi) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

vii) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform Conical slab, cantiliver salb

viii) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. Vertical wall

x) REINFORCEMENT Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Quantity up to ring beam

xi) Quantity up to middle ring beam

xii) Quantity up to roof slab

xiii) 20 mm thick Cement plaster. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

xiv) Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

xv) Providing, supplying and placing of GI water stopper in RCC wall, base slab, cover slab, central shaft etc. of water retaining structureto be made out of G.I. plain sheet not thinner than 22 SWg and of size 300 mm wide, all complete as directed and specified. (for the Cascade type Aerator, it is to be provided at the junction of the deck slab and the gutter wall.)

xvi) Supplying and fixing C.I. cover without frame for manholes : 455x610 mm rectangular C.I. cover (light duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 23 kg

xvii) Providing and laying flanged C.I. standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc., suitable for flanged jointing as per IS : 1538 : DI FLANGED SPIGOT

xxxvii) Brick edging 7cm wide 11.4 cm deep to plinth protection with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

xxxviii) Providing drain with brick work in cement mortar in proportion 1:5 with half brick thick side walls and 100mm thick C.C (1:3:6) base over one brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. 300mm wide and average 250mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

xxxix) Float operated water level indicator for the reservor having the range of 0-150 m3 with least count of 5 m3 complete with float , scale , pully , nylon chord, M.S frame etc. and including calibration of the scale, all complete as directed.

xxxx) Surface wiring with 19mm dia.Steel conduit of required thickness properly fixed to the body of the Reservoir and wiring with 2 x 2.5 Sqmm ISI marked single core copper conductor including drawing 10 SWG GI earth continuity wire to the pipe earth electrode and Supply, fitting and fixing of Twin Aviation Light with GI Pipe and base strip adequately strengthened on the top dome including supply, fitting, fixing of 12 Amp. rating single phase MCB on MCB Box etc. all complete as directed.

xxxxi) Providing and fixing M.S. angle 50x50x5 mm to act as nosing with lugs of M.S. flat 10x5 mm, 10 cm long, forked at end 60cm apart (minimum three lugs to be provided), including necessary welding and applying a priming coat of approved primer on exposed surface etc. complete. M. S. Angles

xxxxii) Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. 32 mm dia nominal bore

PAINTING OF THE 450000 LTR. ELEVATED R.C.C SERVICE RESERVOIR AT VIVEKANANDA ROAD UNDER SILCHAR TOWN W/S/S i) Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

ii) Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

iii) Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacturer. Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

iv) Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
