Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

M&L for MS Rolled sections as Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) using Fe 410-w (Gde E -250) quality A all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge/valley gutter/roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick/stone walls or in ceiling surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls surfaces all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI 600 x 600 mm snap grid frame, powder coated sections comprising of undermentioned sections etc for grid frame including 4 mm thick gypsum design ceiling board of M/s Everest or equivalent ceiling grid system as per regular T-2430 or equivalant in Ramco/Charminar/Amstrong placed on GI grid all as specified and directed :- (a) Suspended GI main runner 38 x 24 mm bulb Tee sections fixed with 4 mm dia GI bar @ 1200 mm c/c, level shall be adjusted with fly/bionet screws. (b) Placed in position cross Tee 1200 mm long and 28.8 x 24 mm bulb Tee section @ 605 mm c/c using snap grid and bionet fixing arrangement to secure main runners. (c) Ceiling GI 28.8 x 24 mm fixed with PVC Rawl plugs and GI screws tie secure with walls and all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.
