Annual Maintenance contract of 66 HP VRV Air Conditioning system to the best satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax and other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. Terms and Condition:- Unlimited breakdown calls 24x7 per month maintenance engineer visit, 4 full services in year after every quarter including cleaning, condensate drain cleaning performance testing, and rectification of all minor faults . Minor parts on failure will replaced in AMC. Compressor, motor, PCB and refrigerant gas are covered in AMC, in case of VVIP stays service enginer should be there 24x7 (Top Priority) Major parts replacement and damage due to extenal climatic and other factors are not included in AMC, shifting of units filters Y branches are inclided full service report along with the signature and date of service should be provided to client department.
