M&L for Preparation of newly untreated or old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth with wire brushes etc, and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other markings with one coat of water thinnable/matt finished road marking paint white/orange/ yellow/black or any other colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly untreated or old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous surfaces not exceeding 10 cm width or girth with wire brushes etc, and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other markings with one coat of water thinnable/matt finished road marking paint white/orange/ yellow/black or any other colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Preparing of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with using air blowers to remove all loose dirt etc complete and M&L for applying cold Polymer Modified Emulsion (PME) by spraying with machine of total cold liquid PME 1.00 lit per Sqm (undiluted) for two coats with mineral filler as recommended by manufacturer of PME (after diluting with water), each coat diluted in the ratio 1:1 (PME :WATER) and ensure uniform finish of PME on runway complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : The tenderer shall take into consideration for the following points while quoting his rate for this item :- (a) Due care shall be taken for friction parameters during application of PME as per ICAO standard. (b) The work shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the manufacturer only. (c) Care shall be taken to fill gaps/cracks up to 3mm size with mineral filler as per manufacturer’s instructions. (d) A performance guarantee certificate for two years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces even & fair complete all as speicifed and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in CM or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks old size in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surface & finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, kerbs, benching and bed block etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) directed complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, FOD trap but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills , grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes , framed guard bars, barred iron doors , ladders, drain cover, balusters ; walk ways ; railings , frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L prepration of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint or one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
