Supply Installation testing and commissioning of Air cooler air flow with 10000 CFM, roof mounting, antiaging UV resistance PP Body rust free operation not less then 45 ltrs with100mm thick cellulose pads on all four sides to provide large heat transfer area with rough filter on all four sides to provide clean and dust free air, highly energy efficient with use of heigh speed axial fan direct motor, to save power consumption with traditional conventional air cooling system to get better cooling results, inbuilt suitable float valve system enable auto feed and stop of water main water line to cooler tank including auto drain for easy and fast cleaning of water tank, individual starter box with independent control panel for fan pump and drain complete with all internal wiring to provide top,bottom and front all three direction complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: (i) Necessary civil work and surface re-done as previous included matiching colour also in quoted rate.

Supply & installation of 24G GI concealed ducting with wall necessary fittings & hardware complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) concealed wall ducting repaired by the contractor in quoted rate,Necessary Plaster/civil work and surface redone as previous included matiching colour also in quoted rate.

Supply & fixing 9 mm thick insulation on duct exposed to outdoor atmosphare complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) Necessary civil work and surface re-done as previous included matiching colour also in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing Aluminium powder coated grille (not less than 50 micron) for uniform distribution of air flow for entire area, complete all as specified and directed (Approx size 1.16mx1.16m). (i) Necessary civil work and surface re-done as previous included matiching colour also in quoted rate.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, PVC Body copper winding, AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep,50 HZ 1200 RPM with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) concealed fitting repaired by the contractor in quoted rate,Necessary Plaster/civil work and surface redone as previous included matiching colour also in quoted rate.

Supply & laying of water pipe lines of the 25 mm bore Med grade complete with fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, caps, plugs, unions and screwed socket joints etc) laid in trenches complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge, of following sizes (Note when pipe laid in straight line then the 3rd length is required to be connected by union. :- Note: After laying u/m pipe line the contractor should proper water supply through the Pipe line.

S&F of Rotational moulded polye thylene water storage tanks three layered of capacity 500 Ltrs with closed top hoisted conforming to IS- 12701(1989) and fixed in position cylindrical vertical type complete with inlet, outlet, overflow, and wash out connection, closed top cover complete including hoisting in position including S&F 25 mm ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 455 gms) etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of double door type SPN DB 4 Way ,240V with 100A copper busbar each phase , with metalic double door type IP-43 IK 09 protection suitable for housing MCB's all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : MCB DBs shall be concealed in wall where ever posible including making good the surface to match with surrounding colour.

S & F MCB TPN 63 Amps,10KA 'C' series 240V complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring with 2 runs of 6.0sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLS grade), 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded, drawn in and including heavy grade PVC conduit/capping casing not less than 25mm dia (internal width) with all accessories like tees, elbows, junction boxs, reducer etc as required, including one run of 6.0sqmm dia PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth dolly/mains, with all accessories like PVC elbow, PVC tee, etc including making good the distrubed surfaces/location complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Two runs of single core 6.0 sqmm and one run of 6.0 sqmm copper FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor and suitable size conduit with accessories shall be measured as one length.
