Supplying and fixing of chain link fencing with angle iron posts 50x50x6mm placed at every 3 Mtr. apart 30cm in ground embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30x30x45cm) corner and every tenth post to be strutted with (50 x 50 x 6cm) angle iron provided and fixed and fitted with posts including earth work in excavation etc. complete with chain link size.

Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.In all types soils/ saturated soil such as morrum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide Extra if square,rectangular hollow tubelar sections are used or grill made by flats only

Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Nominal mix(1:3:6) including leads of all construction materials, curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto;

Random rubble stone masonry (using R. R. stones where 75 % stones to be not less than 15 cm in size in any direction and weighing not less than 23 kg.) for foundation including curing with all leads of all construction materials including curing etc. complete. In cement sand mortar 1:5

Plaster in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints, smooth finishing & curing etc. complete including all leads of all construction materials of thickness: 20 mm

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).pwd bsr I no.12.41.1

Providing and laying cement concrete coping in (1:2:4) with maximum size of crusher broken aggregate upto 20 mm including shuttering etc. with all leads of material complete in all respect in thickness of: 50 mm ignp bsr ch- xviii I no.17(b)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 12.46.1 Two or more coats on new work pwd bsr I no. 12.46.1
