S&F false ceiling of Non asbestos fiber cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T Section (main & cross member) of size 25mm x25mmx1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600x600mm. The aluminium frame work has to be supported on side wall with the use of alumminium 'L' section of size 25x25x1.5mm angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia, galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.
