S/R to 2Nos.quarter for RW staff quarter at New LIC colony, Phulbani for the year 2025-26

Fly ash brick work in CM (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in superstructure having crushing strength not less than 75Kg./Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering and corbelling watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster in Cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out the joints of brick work with watering curing and cost conveyance, Royalty, Cess taxes of all materials all labour T&P etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting fixing Vitrified tiles in floors of size 600x600mm treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes and Cess of the materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting fixing Vitrified tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps 12mm thick bed cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes and Cess of the materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of M.S Angles and Flates in roofs etc. complete.

Painting two coats over new wood /iron work with any approved paints over a coat of primer including all labour, T&P artcles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of distemrer.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shed on old work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Supplying Fitting and fixing of GCI Sheet roofing etc. complete.
