Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cost of all materials, labour chages for cutting, welding, grinding, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Appendix B- Foundation Works of SASF System
Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed as per specification and as directed by the departmental officers: All Kinds of soil.
Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared as as directed by the departmental officers.

Standards post / struts / rails / pales of mix 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size ) with wooden plugs or 6 mm bar nibs wherever required as per specification and as directed by the departmental Officers(cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching , refilling & testing of joints complete as per the direction of departmental Officers: External work75 mm nominal inner dia pipes.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering as per specification and as directed by the departmental officers- All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size).
Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead as per the direction of departmental Officers.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of departmental officers. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Appendix E- TANK Water Proofing works
Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for water proofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/ subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the departmental Officers. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm.
