15.23.1:Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

OD16070/2024-2025:Providing and laying floor finish with superior quality polished imported wooden SP( Stone Plastic) Composite panel flooring, 1390mm x 120mm x9mm size of nearest size, SP composite panel of AC4, or approved equivalent make it should have water resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, fire resistance, slip resistance etc. , and the panel tongued and grooved in flooring after cleaning and levelling the surface thoroughly and fixing 3mm thick or nearest size polyurethane foam as per manufacturer & specification , including cutting the panel to the required size and fixing with silicon sealant for the edges and iron screws etc. complete including providing edge beading and skirting and finishing the top edge of the skirting as per the directions of the Engineer in charge, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges etc complete.

15.60:Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved
